What times do they deliver:

Our selected couriers are dedicated to providing efficient and timely delivery services between 8am and 5pm on business days. However, for emergency orders on weekends, we offer the option for our customers to arrange for a courier to collect or deliver their items. For same day dispatch of overnight orders, they must be placed before 12:00 midday.

This option is available for all main centers, but delivery may take slightly longer for those outside of main centers, with a maximum of two to three working days. If customers have specific delivery requirements, we encourage them to contact the courier company responsible for their order to make necessary arrangements.

Once an order is processed, customers will receive a link with the courier company’s details for their parcel and can use their tracking number to make any changes or adjustments needed for delivery times or addresses.

We strive to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our customers’ luxury items and are happy to assist with any necessary arrangements through our trusted courier partners.
